It's a shame, because the food is really good - but unfortunately the service not so much. I called to ask about reservations for a birthday outing for my mom - the big 50 - and I was rudely told that it has to be 6 people. I stated that it was only 4 people - at which point the young lady stated that they cant do reservations - I had to correct her and state you technically can, but not for 4 people - she continued with the ""yea whatever..."". I felt like I was not getting anywhere so I asked to speak with her boss - she states she was not there and as soon as I asked her for the manager's name she had hung up on me mis sentence! I called back and did speak with the manager - she however didn't seem very surprised that I was hung up on nor did she care to help me out with a celebration dinner reservation. Funny, when I was a manager at a restaurant and I found out someone from my staff was rude to a customer - I would do anything to make sure that they STAY a customer. Thanks Arpeggio - but we're now moving our business to Cafe Lombardi's - where they are courteous enough to not hang up and you, and also are much more flexible with special occasions. more
