Needed Chimney repointed. Worker came late but did arrive. Showed chimney to be repointed. Approx. 15 minutes He's packing up truck and demands to be paid. I asked how you can repoint a chimney in 15 minutes. Shows me all the caulking tubes he used and thats how they repoint. I did not want a chimney caulked I wanted it repointed with cement. He responded it takes too long and caulk is better. The work was sloppy and looked worse than before he started. Very rude person and owner is even worse. Do not bother with these idiots, Had chimney properly done by another roofer and at a lower price. If negative stars were an option I would rate them accordingly.
