In a review given to me by Carouzel she claims I acted in bad faith. Not so! There was an issue with her ring showing on the policy and like I told her we, my office, would work to resolve this. We did the, system was corrected to show the ring on the policy, underwriting and our adjusters worked hard to make sure this was done correctly. Why don't you ask Carouzel now. She needs to read her mail, there is a payment there for the value of the ring based on the desciption given to us. Since there were no receipts a value was placed on this ring. She has received payment so hopefully she should retract this statement because everything I told her I would do to make this right I did. Ask any of the other hundreds of clients I have.
