Our company has been with Toshiba for several years before they became Toshiba. The transition from BIS to Toshiba has been very difficult. They are not supporting our Konica system and are constantly trying to sell us new stuff. They keep raising our contract costs and we have been left waiting for service for several days. This company is not the same company that we liked before becoming Toshiba.
