I went on Buycom and purchased a 42"" flat screen Samsung TV, Paul's TV was the company offering this Samsung on Buycom for $499.99 w Free Samsung DVD and Free Shipping. The company sent the DVD player, got it in 3 days, BUT NO TV. I spoke with Josh, Lance, Jerry (a Supervisor), Erica (head of e-commerce); each of these people during my 3 week experience with this order. In speaking with these people they ALL promised to rectify the situation ASAP. They gave me false information regarding shipment but could not provide a tracking number, later we found out why - because they didn't have a shipment, don't understand that one. I was so pissed. I finally went online and found a store rating for Paul's TV that indicated the person having trouble finally went to BUYcom to get satisfaction on their order. Which I did within minutes of reading the review. Within hours of speaking with Kyle Zagar at BUYcom/Corporate he both e-mailed and called me to rectify the situation and asked for me to call and e-mail him about the progress of the order. After a few mis-steps by Paul's TV - Kyle straightened them out and saved the day PLUS Kyle Zagar offered a gift certificate for my trouble. Kyle is the best from BUYcom - but I wouldn't buy anything from Paul's TV. Paul's TV in this case makes things up regarding shipping information - this is what is my biggest nightmare about buying online, not having any leverage when a ""Paul's TV"" does not fulfill the order once they have your money. Very unhappy with Paul's TV, rating for Paul's TV is 1-10 (10 being best) is 1. Recently purchased the exact same TV from Tigerdirectcom and had NO PROBLEMS, everything came to me within 7 days. more
