I ordered two parts from them that they had to order from the manufacturer. I was only shipped one. When I call to let them know they said they would call the manufacturer to get it taken care of. Nothing. It took me another three phone calls over as many weeks to finally find out that the manufacturer had shipped them there. Why TSS didn't feel the need to call me and let me know this? I can only imagine - but laziness and ineptitude come to mind as possibilities. It's a shame places like this stay in business.
