At first I believed Dr. Urriola cared about her patients and I had a connection with her. I have found out that she values the money more than her patients. I have a small bill that I had paid 1/3 of it but not enough for her office. When I went to a scheduled appt I was told she refused to see me until I paid at least $25 and then I could reschedule and wouldn't meet me at all. Didn't have the class to come talk with me personnally. I took off a day of work to make the appt but they did not care. I had very little money left in my acct but they did not care. It was all about the money. You pay I will see you. You don't, sorry you can suffer or go somewhere else. Her front desk person had a robotic answer for everything and insisted she spoke to the dr and I had to see billing, no compassion and even brought out ""help"" by some other woman just in case. I was in tears but they did not care nor worried that they embarrased me in front of others. I WILL NEVER GO BACK and I will ask those that are going or thinking of going, try missing or being late for 1 payment and see what happens. Your ""great caring physcian and staff"" no longer exists. Karma...everyone is close to be hard up financially. Be careful how you handle others in that position. I will keep looking for an actual physician that looks at patients first.
