Is staffed by unstable family members that don?t know the meaning of customer service. This is a small store jammed with too much merchandise. Two round shelves in the middle present an obstacle to avoid when going to the vodka section. The shelves have no lips on them. If your bag barely touches a bottle. Crash. Broken bottle. ""We have to charge you."" I told the clerk that I wasn?t negligent it was the bad shelf design/store layout that caused the problem. He angrily repeated himself. I said I'd never shop there again if he charged me, and wouldn?t purchase the two bottles of vodka. He insisted. ?Fine, charge me.? I said. ?I?ll dispute it with Mastercard.? He then loudly threatened to call the police, picked up the phone and then slammed it down. The he said he?d charge cost then I said ?Ok do that. I?ll come back when the manager is present and get it refunded.? He lied and said he was the manager. He rang up all three bottles. I said ""No. You've lost a customer."" He then re-rings the wine and charges me full price. I signed the slip and walk out. He chases me screaming that he handed me the wrong copy. I was so mad I refused. He grabbed my shoulder and pushed me into the street. I called the manager the next day. He verified my story and told me to come in for a refund on the wine bottle. He refunded the money without even an apology and when I asked for one refused. Next time it could you who gets chased into traffic and assaulted.
