I have been with SDW ever since i got a phone, around 6 years ago. they have always had good phones but when it came my turn to get a new phone, i was excited, but thats when it stared. i picked the enV Touch, i paid for half my phone and my insurance, my parents paid for the other half. The horrible phone they gave me shuts down at random and sets back to factory settings. so i have to replace everythg but my contacts and pictures. it has been doing this once a day EVERY day ever since i got it 2 years ago. and today it just shut down on me and now wont turn back on. my mom complains all the time what a horrible service they are and i now see why.
