Overpriced townhomes. Parking is a constant issue. Maintenance arbitrarily moved the no parking sign. Now, tenants in my section of townhomes must park clear down the block. Across the street, the closer parking, is always full, due to the townhomes across the street. This is an issue when hauling in groceries or other items. Yet, down the block, they allow parking on both sides of the street. Not fair. Appliances are cheap. If you pay your rent on time, you will never hear from anyone in the office. Closed the golf course, yet still charge golf course type lifestyle rent. I wouldn't call it horrible, but I wouldn't recommend it either. \r
