Had this company inspect a fireplace on a home we were thinking about purchasing and was told it was all acceptable except for a missing damper and ready for fires. We have since been told by another inspector that it is unsafe do not use it, and a third said it was in poor condition and would need to be replaced soon. It has bad warping and this guy even addmitted in writting that he saw that but yet he never told us. Very unacceptable! Be very cautious if you decide to use him.
