These people give similar businesses a bad name! I know there are some good and decent professionals in the towing industry but this isn't one of them! They towed my vehicle which is only 7 days old and scratched it up! The staff is rude, disrespectful and calling them unprofessional is an understatement. They obviously have some scam going on there where they damage people's vehicles and don't take responsibility. They staff's black hands were all over my leather seats and you can tell they are pathetic liars. Call the City of Boston, Channel 5 and the Mayor's office to complain and have them cancel ALL their contracts. These people have no customer service skills and they ruin people's cars.
