I purchased a cell phone from this store and was convinced to also get a ""FREE"" MOBILE BROADBAND COMPUTER. The worst mistake. I had problems with it from the first day I took it home. When I took it back to the store they convinced me it was something I was doing at my home and that I should give it another try. Needless to say I have it 4 months now and haven't even turned it on. But I'm still getting billed $39.00 a month plus tax. I contacted the store several times who could have care less. Then I called Verizon's Customer Service (which told me only the store was able to take back the computer). There should be ratings for the worst then I would be glad to rate this store.
