Their operators very rude, but wanted $25.00 upfront to make sure their drivers would show up. They showed up 4 hours earlier. When I told them, we didn't finish packing, driver said he must make sure, and went through all the house to see how many items we still need to pack. I've been moving so many times in my life, and I pack everything super safely, with lots of packing materials and tapes. Well, they came back, but in 2 hours (had nothing elce to do I'm sure), and the turture began. I moved 2 bedrooms of small items to 700 sk ft condo, but ended up paying $700 and another $200. They talked to much, they were too slow, each time I'd start worry where they at, I'd go outside and see them talking personal things on the phone. They tried to tape my boxes even more so they would charge for packing, it took me to fight and talk about each box, while all I wanted them to stop talking and just move my things. My move distance was 15 minutes drive through quiet neighborhood, from house to condo. At the end, when they did not want to unload my things unless I pay that incredible amount, they refused to connect me with their boss. After another 40 min. of arguing, he only let me talk to his boss on the speaker phone. Well, I'd ruther I didn't. That was total emotional abuse. No hello, no sorry, no thank you, instead: """"What is it? Yes, you must pay all, plus for talking with me now"""" type of """"talk"""". The dirver just laughed at me, he said: don't ever cry. I felt like I was in the weird place surrounded by monsters. I called them later, and it took me 4 hours to get to the owner. He said: the person you'd talked to was my son. No, he wasn't rude to you. And he hang up. They advertize that they are 4th generation family owned... Real owner doesn't even have any kids. This guy from Columbia was hired there because he speaks Spanish. He has 3 sons, youngest is only 9. He just hired one of his sons to be in charge of orders, instead of giving promotion to some of the people that were working there for a long time. Another son has nothing to do with business, he's making weird """"movies"""" (videos) by spending daddy's (consumers) money.
