Lakeside Toyota was where i purchased my vehicle, The service advisor, Scott(cannot remember his last name) was very curteous and helpful and made the whole experience great. The horn on my vehicle keeps going out. The service advisor had it checked it out and the horn worked and they could not find anything wrong with the horn. He said then next time the horn goes out, come right to the dealership and they will look at it immediately.What I most like was the professionalism and courtesy of the service advisor and the employees of the dealership on a whole.
