We really trusted them for years. We bought 2 vacuum cleaners from them in the past. They are not the cheap ones - good Miele. So we were very disappointed when we found out what kind of people they really are.... .
When we didn't want any service done because we got a new vacuum as a gift, the lady (I believe she is the mother of the owner?) just got really really upset. more like mad.
She kept saying it was so wrong that we didn't get a vacuum from them. She was really blaming us!
We offered to pay for the service of just to look at it.... if that 's what she/they wanted, but she said no and just kept really really bad mouthing us. It was so sad. caz we really liked her and their place.
Oh but the funny thing is... after we came home with the old vacuum clearner which needed new parts of amost $300. is all better now and fixed. lol. It probably didn't need new parts to begin with.
Not only the lady at the front desk but even the owner's attitude doesn't help at all to keep their customers coming back... . well, at least we won't go back.
more
