My husband suggested we call Roto-Rooter when we had a major main sewer line problem ,I wasn't sure what to expect, It was the right decision, from the person who answered the first phone call to the plumbers Anne Flores and Jim who showed up when they said they would, both are very knowledgeable and friendly. Anne told us what was going on, gave us an estimate and went right to work. The town had to come out, an engineer called and all taken care of by Ann. Very professional job done by everyone. We were very happy with the speed in which the job was done. Not an easy task to replace an entire sewer line that quickly. Thank you Rotor-Rooter.
