I check around for front and rear brakes. I found Sears closest to my home and seems like a reliable name. Went in and spent $300.00 for all brakes & roters to be done. They had my car for 3 hours and picked it up last Thursday paid my $300.00 for the whole brake service. I went the weekend excited knowing that I have new brakes cause my were shot. My brakes started squeeking. I brought it back on Monday and they reviewed the brake service they did and told me they never did anything with the roters. I could not believe what he was telling me. They took my money last week and never told me they did not do the roters, not even a courtesy call. I was furious with them and demanded my money back. They gave me my money back. I then called the Sears general manager and the main one was out and too this day 10 days later she still has not returned my call. I spoke with someone lower on the totem pole and she offered me a $25.00 gift card. She said well you did get your money back. I said that has nothing to do with it. Your company RIPPED ME OFF!!!!!!!. I went to Brakemasters and they told me not even the pads were replaced, so I now found out that they had taken all my money and did not even perform any serivce on my car. Stay away from them, they are BIG RIPOFFS!!!!!!!!!!!! more
