From the second I heard of Banfield's it was one non-stop sales pitch. Some how I got suckered in on their optimum wellness plan. I was repeatedly told that I would receive a particular service multiple times (by Dr. White, not a tech, not a counter person) on the plan and when it came time to get that service, I was told my plan didn't cover it. Now looking back at my bills I see a lot of extras that they never asked my permission to do. Every time I went in there I was offered at least 5 different products from the veterinarian. It's sure hard to trust someone who's weaseling in a set up to a sales pitch. Google them. I'm not the only one.
