Walked into Crippen Auto Sales a couple of weeks ago pretty much by chance after leaving another competing dealership down the street. I left Crippen after purchasing my new 2011 Buick Lacrosse. The salesman, Kyle, was extremely helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. He not only showed me what was available, but explained all the options. When I left with my new car, he helped me set up my Bluetooth OnStar, and other features. I was very impressed.
