My 2001 Isuzu Rodeo started having transmission problems about a year ago. Took it to Cottmans, had Trans. rebuilt, purchased the 3 year warranty. In Oct, of 2010, started having problems with transmission again. Had to take my truck to Cottman 3 times until the problem was finally resolved. I did not have to pay for any of the parts or labor involved during the process of trying to repair my vehicle. Tommy, the manager, showed genuine concern in making sure the vehicle was finally repaired to my satisfaction. The problem ended up being electrical/computer connected. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Cottmans Transmission. They honored their warranty and treated me with the utmost respect.
