Everything about my experience with Dilday TV was bad, bad bad. Paid them to fix tv. They said it was fixed. Drove two hours to get it. Got it home, guess what - not fixed. Called them and some smartass in sales department was not helpful. Finally they told me they couldn't fix it and returned my money. Got it home and they have left off a piece of it so I have to go back and get that then try to find somebody who knows something about Samsung tvs. Wish I'd never heard of these folks. The service guy I talked to was nice, but other than that, not a good experience.
