I want to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude regarding the recent repair of my 2005 Honda Element and the excellent customer service I received from your assistant manager Raffi John Hattar. From the very beginning Raffi made me feel welcome as if I were an honored guest who had been invited into his home. Here is a small sample of the excellent service I received from him:
He is genuinely friendly and made me feel as if I was his only customer.
He was knowledgeable and efficient regarding the types of repairs that needed to be made.
He took numerous pictures of the damage to my vehicle from multiple angles so there would be no misunderstanding about the nature and depth of the repairs needed. In a word he was THOROUGH!
He worked with me from the beginning to the end and was prompt to return my calls and devoted as much time as necessary to address any concerns.
He facilitated the easy procurement of a rental car and was instrumental in the reduction of the daily rate I paid. He helped me save money!
He represents a level of professionalism that is rarely seen in any business of any type. Anyone can say they are customer service oriented, but demonstrating that is an entirely different thing. Raffi is the real deal: he is Old School in the truest and most complimentary sense of the term.
Raffi demonstrated a quality that one does not often see. He has a heart for helping people. He helped me out with an additional repair to my vehicle that was not part of the original damage from the accident. With the approval of Terry, the owner of Blue Mountain Collision Center , he replaced the side window at no additional cost to me!
At slightly past the mid-century mark of my life, I have rarely seen an individual as friendly, devoted, and concerned for my care as a customer and as an individual as I have from Raffi. As a result of his personal attention I will not hesitate to refer people to Blue Mountain Collision Center . Thank you Terry for all the able bodied repair specialists at Blue Mountain Collision Center and especially for Raffi. If it had not been for him I would have gone elsewhere for the repair of my vehicle.
