He was congenial & immediately took my machine apart, showed me the part that was broken, offered me a brand new replacement part or used part. He fixed it immediately. It cost me less than it did for an estimate at Centennial Vacuum repair shop on Broadway. I will definately return to this store for future assistance & I highly recommend it to anyone searching for reliable, honest repairmen.
