In a few words, this place is beyond horrible. Ditto on the comments regarding expecting an "attitude" from the front office. Where facts are not on their side, they invent or are deliberately ambiguous or unclear in order to mislead or withhold information.
Their arrogance is exceeded only by their incompetence and obstinate attitude refusing to process supplementary or secondary insurance. Unnecessary services are routinely recommended to bolster the bottom line. Definitely get a second opinion before any work. Unfortunately there is no rating below one star on this survey because they deserve it. I vigorously encourage you to stay away from here. I regretfully endured them for one year as a patient hoping that things would improve.....but they only worsened.
