Absolutely terrible service!!! NEVER has been as good as they advertised it to be. When I first got it, I had to call about 10 times and spent HOURS on the phone, moving the wireless modem all over the house and garage,unplugging and replugging the modem to reboot it, and sticking it in every window in the house trying to get enough lights to show. When this failed and I was about to cancel the service, they scheduled an appointment and had a technician come out who found a decent signal in my picture window, but that was borderline, and lately(change of seasons) it has gone from good/bad to almost uniformly bad!
