The staff is unreliable, the administration is fraudulent and dishonest. Most of the aides and nursing staff are unprofessional. There have been numerous complaints of theft by employees. I would not allow these people to care for my dog, let alone my loved ones. Don't be confused, they are now located at 410 Corporate Center Drive in Vandalia. If I could rate it ZERO stars I would. One is way over rated for this agency.
