We are new to the area and we had to order gas to heat our home. Needless to say, it is VERY cold outside and we ordered the gas on Monday, Novemeber 1st 2010(paid in FULL). It is Wednesday and we still do not have our gas, our house is VERY cold and I have a 3 year old in the home! I am SO not happy with them! I am going to call tomorrow and remind them that I have a 3 year old in my house freezing because they can't move a little faster! NO ONE SHOULD USE THIS COMPANY!
I am going to see if another company can service the house or if we can get the tank removed and some other arrangement made for heat! If you sign a lease and Ferrell is the gas company...RUN FAST!!!!
