We got stuck in Copenhagen due to the volcanic ash cloud in April. The airlines we were originally booked with re-scheduled us twice. After the second re-scheduling, Dortha arranged for another flight on another airline the next day, upgraded our reservations, reduced our flights from 3 to 2 and got the airline to agree to pay for the differential at no cost to our company. Instead of being delayed 8 days we were only delayed 4 days. This is an amazing feat given to the fact that European air travel had been nonexistent for several days.
