After one of the automatic entry gates malfunctioned and crushed the side of my new car, the management, instead of calling the police to do a police report, sent a off-duty policeman to harrass and discourage me from filing a report. This includes him yelling and making threats to arrest me. Later I found this policeman gets special rent provisions for his so called services.
Since that incident there has been an incredible amount of crime there including murder.
