I used them to move recently and the move went great up until the end. I gave a tip of $20/person (the bill was the minimum charge) and the guy wanted more money. He let me know that 20% was what he expected. This was totally unreasonable given the amount of work that they had to do. They also stand over your shoulder and watch what you write during your review of the company. I will never use them again. There are too many movers in the area to deal with this level of unprofessionalism.
I should have known because he brought up money during our conversation three different times (asking about rent, etc.). I saw the 20% line mentioned in other reviews of the company and should have listened.
