I've trained with Brian on and off now for quite some time, and I can certainly tell you that when I'm not training I truly miss it!
The classes are not just your standard pushing weights around. They are an intense mix of many forms that keeps your body guessing as to what is next. I always see a great change in my body's strength, endurance, and ability to adapt. What I also love about Brian is that he also gives you the tools to take what you learn in class and use it on the outside to constantly better yourself and be able to achieve your goals.
If you want to a good work out and to challenge yourself, this is the place to do it!
