We purchased a Firigidaire Professional range for over $2,000 in mid August. In the past 2 months we have had constant problems with the top burners. Repair person has been out 3 times. The last time he recommended getting the entire unit replaced since it is new which is what we wanted the first time it failed. Our sales person finally reluctantly agreed to a replacement and promised to take care of this but did not follow up for several days. When we called back we were told he was on vacation. We spoke to a manager (Larry) who said we would have a new unit delivered in 2-3 days. After 5 days, we still do not have a working range. My wife called and was treated with sarcastic comments and told the person responsible for delivery was on vacation. It is interesting that when we bought the unit it was delivered in a day or two but for some reason we have to wait until someone gets back from vacation for a replacement to be delivered. \r \r Up until now we have patient but we are fed u more
