Mandal GMC in Ocean Springs provides TERRIBLE customer service. My vehicle has been worked on twice. The first time they didn't complete all of the jobs and the second time I had to call them 20 minutes before I got iff work to request a rental car because no one could find the time to call me. There were rude instead of apologetic making excuses about being too busy and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them because I needed a car! Thier employees need a lesson in manners.
