I recently moved to Georgia and stopped in to get a car policy at Jim?s office. His staff was kind and told me the importance of having not only a car policy, but a renter?s policy. I should have listened. Just last month my neighbor ?s apartment caught on fire and burned everything I owned. The loss that I thought would never happen did. Never underestimate the importance of a $15 per month policy. It would have made a difference. I now have that policy, but it was a little too late.
