Unfricking real. Two years ago I take my van there for brake problems and after spending almost $1,900 I left there with the impression my brakes were fixed with the lifetime brake pads. Well heck, two years later I go back with the assumption after talking to Bill that yes, my pads were covered under the lifetime protection. Once there, Mark informs me they re-used my old pads the last time. my reaction was WHAT??? WHY WOULDN'T YOU FIX WHAT I WAS THERE FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE??? Didn't make sense. Why in the heckers would I spend all that money yet re-use the brakes that were bad in the first place? Not to mention, If I'd declined the brakes wouldn't that say it along with the other items I'd declined, and two wouldn't they mark down the amount of life left in the pad either way? They have no idea (not surprising) so we reluctingling ask them to take a look anyway.
