I found a car online with Valley Dodge in Boulder so I called and spoke with Chris the ""internet sales manager,"" he had me fill out an online application to get the ball rolling and so I did. Now I know that my credit isn't the greatest but I had 4k down for a 10k car, shouldn't be an issue. So, after Chris didn't call me back, I called him, he said we were all good and that he had a bank and would call me when he knew more details of the deal. So, he never calls be back, again I call there and speak with the finance guy who also told me that the deal was all good and that they were waiting on the sales manager Tyler to approve the loan. This is where things go south. Seems like once Tyler got his greasy hands all over the deal, things went bad. So, I get a call a few hour later from some poor guy Pete who tells me that they didn't end up getting me financed for the car but that he had GOOD NEWS! They got me qualified for a 2004 A4. At this point my blood started to boil. I told Pete the back story and he said they would call back the next day. So the call me the next day and SURPRISE, they got the deal done on the original vehicle that I asked for and Chris asked me when I could be there, I told him in an hour or so. I get to the dealership and Chris takes me out on a test drive in my soon to be new car, I liked the vehicle. So we head inside to finalize the paperwork and Tyler the sales manager walks over and introduces himself and then explains to me that he sold the car out from under me while I was driving to Boulder..... Good business guys!! Karma is a bitch! DO NOT WORK WITH THESE TWO JOKERS!! Chris and Tyler are super shady! Classic used car salesmen!!
