Ken from Applewood was very knowledgeable and gave us a quote up front after assessing the situation but before beginning work. He explained everything clearly and made recommendations but wasn't pushy. He was honest and I felt that he fixed my plumbing issue without breaking my budget or trying to talk me into unnecessary projects. I will be calling Applewood again for any future plumbing needs.
