Unlike the obviously professional reviews made to look like actually customers I have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings.\r
\r
Ordered a sampler platter that was decent, but onion rings were below average and more of a Burger King quality, cheese sticks were your standard any bar fair, nachos were small quantity even for a sampler and the wings which asked if we could get two sauces for only came with one. Also asked what they had on tap and was told he thought it was in one of the mini menus, asked if they had Bass and he said he didn’t know…long pause and said I would have one if on tap.\r
\r
Later ordered the Black and Bleu burger medium, which I order that way until I know if the kitchen understands the differences and don’t mind if it comes closer to medium rare or medium well. When it arrived it was well done not a hint of red to the meat, maybe a ½ teaspoon of bleu cheese and not much Cajun taste to it at all. Fries were adequate and were the best part of anything I ate there that evening. Also was not asked if I needed any condiments (many establishments just bring them or at least ask) and only had ketchup at the table. \r
\r
Service was at a minimum with an occasional can I get you anything and the how is everything, but came out as more of a pre-recorded message then an actual question.\r
\r
Service – 1 out of 5 stars.\r
It was below adequate, considering the lack of knowledge of the staff on basics, including the manager about the establishment and canned server responses way below average of most places I have been. \r
\r
Food/Value- 2 out of 5 stars. \r
With the price of a burger getting close to the $10 range with not much in the way of extras, along with the quality and prep definitely below average.\r
\r
Atmosphere - 3 out of 5 stars. Big screen TVs were a plus, but not much rooting for the game even with a decent crowd and the game on almost all the non-trivia TVs.\r
\r
Family Friendly – 2 out of 5 stars.\r
More bar then restaurant in my opinion, did see some families, but would not take my son or daughter with me. Of the few fans there for the game they were not afraid to use colorful language to let their pleasure/displeasure at the game known and not normally things you would hear in a family oriented restaurant especially with small kids.\r
\r
Overall I would give it 2 out of 5 stars. \r
With the wealth of sports bar/restaurants in the valley can find a lot more bang for your buck in another place where you really feel it is a sports bar with servers and management who actually like being there.
