Carol Meninger touts herself as aggressive and experienced. What i saw was poor trial prep and disorganized case management. She charged for phone calls to the opposition that i did not know about until the case settled. Not only did she not disclose the calls at all, but did not discuss the topic or characterization of the call. Took weeks to return client phone calls. I wouldn't trust her or her disorgainzed assistant to negotiate for a stick of gum. This woman wasted my time and money. Don't hire this lawyer-- not good in court or negotiations.
