I am not new to the services of orthodontia (having been a patient 40 years ago and having my 2 oldest children undergo treatment 15 years ago.) After all these years, I found myself back in the patient's chair having my bite realigned. The treatment has changed so much and Dr. Wadler and his staff are up-to-date on all the latest techniques. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated as though I was the only person that mattered. The staff is always pleasant, knows my name, and most importantly, they are TIMELY! I never wait more than 5 to 10 minutes to be seated! My family has become a ""fixture"" around the office as I am not the only member who is a patient - my daughter, son and grandson are all patients!
My children enjoy earning ""Wadler Bucks"" and spending them on things like gift cards and small toys. For fun, the office holds contests from time to time and we have been fortunate to win a category in their postcard contest for the past 2 years - awarded an iPod Nano and a Digital Photo Album! The office also offers a convenience service of providing an electronic toothbrush system for sale at cost (a real savings from the retail market.)
This office is truly ""patient-centered"" and while a treatment plan is put together at the onset, they are open to changing the plan as treatment progresses to ensure the best results possible. If you are looking for an orthodontist - look no further!!
