OMG! Where to start? Pat Dixon signed me up on a contract where they could service my pool all summer If I bought all chems from them. The contract quoted a monthly fee for this, she said she would call if any other charges were to be added. She never called, sent chems I did not need, as my lawn building was full, and my bill was always twice or three times the amount quoted in contract. I questioned each bill I got, she talked her way out of it. She is rude and not to be trusted. I felt dealing woman to woman, I would be safe. Hah! Her x employees told me she sells people chems they do not need all the time. I was so frustrated by end of contract, I actually cried myself to sleep a few nites. She promised me all I had to do is swim if I signed on with her, but I have never worried so much in my life! My husband hit the roof each time we got billed. Buy from her at your own risk!
