I was referred to Montgomery Radiator, and got them to build a pressure hose. When it was installed, it leaked badly. After paying to have the part installed AND removed, I returned the defective part to Montgomery Radiator for a refund. After waiting 20 minutes, they refused to accept fault, virtually threw the refund at me and I was told, "Forget our address" by the extremely rude 'manager'. Told the referral source this story; end of referrals. Sorry service, rotten attitude, totally unprofessional. Will NEVER return.
