I agree with the poor reviews. I have a .357 and a .32 Baretta Tomcat (carry in my pocket) and they told me it was a toy gun and laughed at me. It embarrased me and ticked me off at the same time. So yes, they are arrogant and a bunch of a--holes. I am going to finish my range card (two more trips) and then will be going to another range.
