Horrible service. I had a blow out, so I checked online to see what's the best auto-service in Lawrence, Kansas. . Ignorantly I chose the highest rated online, (D&D's) I called to schedule an appointment. The lady was really short with me, and acted like I was stupid for trying to make an appointment. I take my car there around 9:30a.m.. I asked if it was possible to get my car back before 3 because I had an appointment I had to be at. The guy said sure. I never got a call, and I called them at 4p.m. My car was ready and had been for quite a while. Nooone called. I tried asking questions on what'd he'd recommend for tires, and he totally blew me off. They parked my car a half block away and did not tell me where they parked it other than a hand gesture that said that away. Very rude service. Would not recommend anyone to go there.
