I would absolutely never go back here. I had a crack in my rim, and was recommened to go here. I dropped off the rim, was told $125, and it would be a couple of days. This was on a Monday. On Thursday I hadn't heard anything, so I called them. No one answered, no one ever answers there. I then left a message and asked for a callback just to let me know the status. I didn't hear back from them, ever. The next week I called again, left another message, no answer, no callback, again. At this point I was pissed because I was driving to Syracuse that weekend and needed a tire. I also emailed them with no response. I ended up driving my boyfriends car to Syracuse because I never heard from them. For the next month and a half I left messages and emailed to no avail. Finally I get an email saying oh let me check on it and get back to you. A week later I hear from them again saying it's finally ready.
