I visited the shop today hoping i could replace my exhaust system. I walk into the showroom while two employees where standing outside doing nothing. They obviously saw me walk in. It took them quite a while to come in and address me. I was ask what i wanted to do, so i told the guy what i wanted. He then asked me if i had an appointment. I told him no. His response was "oh, a walk in," isn't obvoius that if i didn't have an appointment that i indeed was a walk in. It seem to me that he really didn't care to help me out. He said that they were all full today and that they closed at 2:00. No matter what time they did close i can understand that "all full" means that they don't have time to work on vehicle, cool. I asked him if i can come back next sunday. He then asked me does it have to be on Sunday? Whatever reasons i choose Sunday are my own. I work 72+ hrs. through 6 days a week, Sunday is my only day.
