I was informed ahead of time about having to be buzzed into the building-this was helpful information and aided in me feeling more at ease with this setup. The location is in the Magnificent Mile area but slightly discreet. The staff invited me to sit in her private office and she took her time asking me about what I was looking for. \r
The individualized, personal attention is unmatched. She listened attentively before going out back and bringing out individual rings to fit my liking. She was patient and friendly.
