Pearl's Place is absolutely horrible! The customer service is appalling. From the very beginning my experience at Pearl?s Place was not a happy one. They don?t take appointments so you have to show up and wait around for someone to help you. The dressing rooms are tiny, they have very few big mirrors and the staff is always in a hurry. The owner is nasty and the whole place smells. PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE!!! I regret getting my dress from Pearl?s Place, I wish I would have know what I know now. Planning my wedding was a great experience and a lot of fun, except for the dress. Pearl?s Place told me one thing when I purchased the dress and something else entirely different when I picked it up. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE!!!!!
