I have never had a worse experience at any car dealership in my life! I was interested in a used truck. The first sales man I spoke to (Harley) was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He showed me the vehicle, test drove with me and didn't try to pressure me into a sale I wasn't ready for. The showroom, however was BLAZING HOT! They wouldn't even turn on the air conditioning! And to be honest, it had the feel of a slimy used car dealership you'd go to in the valley. I didn't purchase the vehicle that day but returned a few weeks later because I was very interested in the truck. To my surprise I found the price on the SAME TRUCK I had looked at earlier increased by $3000!! How is that possible? The previous salesman wasn't there and I was helped by some punk kid who clearly didn't know ANYTHING about ANYTHING - especially cars. \r
